What is an Analytics
Administrators of the AI Brain can see how the AI Brain is being used by their team. The analytics screen provides a high-level aggregate analytics view about the different sources, top usage data, top users, etc
Navigating to Analytics
You can find the Analytics module under Home> Analytics. Click on this link to open the Analytics Module.
Analytics Screen
The screen by default shows the usage analytics from all of the time, You can use different filters to view usage for a specific period
Questions by Week: You can see how your team is using the AI brain across different sources. Like Web, Browser Extension, and Native apps within ZenDesk, HelpScout Etc
